Mention exig\u00e9e par la Loi sur la protection du consommateur (contrat de louage de services \u00e0 ex\u00e9cution successive)<\/strong><\/p>

R\u00e9siliation<\/h3>

Le consommateur peut, \u00e0 tout moment et \u00e0 sa discr\u00e9tion, r\u00e9silier le contrat.<\/p>

Si le consommateur r\u00e9silie apr\u00e8s que le commer\u00e7ant ait commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter son obligation principale, les seules sommes que le commer\u00e7ant peut exiger de lui sont :
a) le prix des services qui lui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fournis, calcul\u00e9 au taux stipul\u00e9 dans le contrat; et
b) \u00e0 titre de p\u00e9nalit\u00e9, la moins \u00e9lev\u00e9e des sommes suivantes : 50 $ ou 10 % du prix des services qui ne lui ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 fournis.<\/p>

Frais<\/h3>

Si le consommateur r\u00e9silie avant que le commer\u00e7ant n\u2019ait commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter son obligation principale, la r\u00e9siliation s\u2019effectue sans frais ni p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 pour le consommateur.<\/p>

Restitution<\/h3>
