Mention required by the consumer protection act (sequential performance contract)

Cancellation:

You can terminate services involving sequential performance governed by the Act.

Cancellation fees:

If you have begun receiving the services and wish to terminate, you must pay at least the cost of services received (classes taken) in addition to a penalty provided for by law. This penalty should correspond to the lesser of these two sums: $50 or 10% of the cost of services not yet received.

Fees:

If the merchant has not yet begun to provide the services (e.g. classes have not started), he cannot claim costs or demand compensation.

Restitution:

The merchant has ten days, as of the date you sent the notice, to return the money he owes you, if applicable.
